No.1 bestselling author Amanda Prowse is lending support to Weston General Hospital in aid of its £400,000 Scanner Appeal. The writer of bestselling books including, ‘What Have I Done?’ and ‘A Mother’s Story’, will be visiting the hospital on Monday (19th December) for a book signing for her recent novel ‘Perfect Daughter’ set in the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare.

The bestselling novelist, who lives locally in the West Country, will also be donating hundreds of copies of ‘Perfect Daughter’ to the hospital with all proceeds going to its Scanner Appeal.

A large number of books will also be given away free to staff as an early Christmas present and a token of Amanda’s appreciation for the outstanding work that they carry out on a daily basis.

The book signing takes place from 12pm on Monday the 19th December, in Rafters, located inside the hospital.
